         Standard floor: 2"x 6"pt frame with 5/8 cdx plywood.

         Walls  6'-3" standard,(Note: Front wall of Carriage Shed is 7'-1" )

         Wood siding;1"x8" white pine T&G v-match and Texture 111, or 

         Vinyl siding double 4' style

         Standard doors: Wood doors 31"single, double 52"wide, double 64" wide.    

         Vinyl  doors 30",50" and 60". 

         1/2" plywood sheathing on roof 

         Roofing: 25 yr. rated  3-tab 

         Aluminum window with screen.

         Gable vents.

 

AVAILABLE OPTIONS: 
  • Siding: pine, T-111, vinyl double 4"style, cedar shakes and clapboards.
  • Flooring: 3/4"cdx, 3/4"Advantec,or 3/4" pressure treated plywood.
  • Wall heights: 75", 84", 95".
  • Additonal Doors:small,medium,large,extra tall or extra wide. Also
  • Roll Up Doors: 5', 6', 7',widths , and 6'and 7' heights.
  • Pre Hung Doors: standard raised panel  9 lite or 15 lite steel entry doors 3'-0" x 6'-8" residential entry doors complete with keyed knob and deadbolt.  
  • Ramps: small medium, large, and extra large. 
  • Additonal standard and vinyl double hung or vinyl casement type. 
  • Shelves, workbench, and cupolas.

Delivery to our customers is generally free, those over 75 miles please call
to verify. Installation and set up is included with easily
 accessible sites. Those sites which are over 75' from where a truck can unload
please notify our office.
